But CRM is everything about taking care of your customers and making them feel that you really care about them. E.g. Did you know that it’s 5 times as expensive to get new customers as keeping existing ones?
As a Customer Success Marketer I work with customers in our products Lime Easy, Lime CRM, Lime Go and Lime Field. I manage all digital communication such as targeted in-app messaging, newsletter, webinar and e-learning. I want our customers to be engaged in our products and use it’s fully potential, and in the end want them to stay as customers 🙂
