When using social media in your business (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) it can sometimes be hard to organize when to publish certain content and how you do it. Sometimes you are several colleagues managing your social media platform. It could be a shitmess. But luckily I got an awesome tip to keep up with your marketing strategy on social media.
Buffer is a software application designed to manage social networks and schedule posts to Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn. This is a powerful tool when working in a big company and you need to post a lot of content every day of the week. You can easily schedule new or old posts to a certain date and time, with different text and images in every post.
Buffer: The revolution in Social media
Two other advantages with Buffer is that you can use all-in-one bit.ly and Google URL-builder by targeting the different networks. And with the Buffer extension to Chrome you can schedule or re-post from your blog to any social platform. If you only want to use a hashtag on Twitter and not on Facebook you can customize this. Or if you want to use another image on LinkedIn you can customize this as well.
You can create groups to order your posts. Depending on what social network you have connected to Buffer you can choose which one to use. Here you also got the opportunity to change the image and even create a new image. From the top header you can decide to schedule the post.
When signing into Buffer you have an dashboard from all your posted content and scheduled posts. Buffer also offers you some analytics to see how your posts are behaving. This includes comments, likes, clicks, reach and shares.
This is a powerful tool for any marketer and I hope you start using this today. If you have any question, feel free to comment below or tweet me.
