Tool testing time: A lifetime

I’m not gonna talk about boring webmaster tools, disavow links or any other tool you already use. Here is some SEO tools which you might never tried before and have different advantages. Try them all.

Keyword Tool

Keyword Tool give you suggestions on words you want to look more into. You can see long-tails suggestions for Google, Youtube, Bing and App Store. This tool gives inspiration if you are about to create a new landing page or write a blog post.

Moz

I use Moz almost everyday to check my rankings on keywords, backlinks to see who links to my website and take action if I need, analyzing mentions of my brand, check potential keywords, on-page grader to see the standard SEO optimization meta-tags, canonical url, external links and other good things to make your website more SEO-friendly. You can also use Crawl Test to see if you have any errors on your internal links.

Robotto

Robotto is an awesome tool and send notification if anything changes in your htaccess and robots.txt. This is useful if your site is down and if you are more then one controlling these files. All changes are sent to your email and you have total control over important files.

SEO Review Tools – Internal Link Analyzer

This tool checks you websites internal links and digs deeper into anchor text, anchor type and link type. It also tells you if you have any duplicate links, nofollow and alt-tags. Really useful!

SEO Web Page Analyzer

I use a lot of different SEO tools because they all have a small piece of everything I need. This tool checks the standard SEO optimization but also redirections, visualizes the tags and keyword density on your page. The best part with this tool is that you can see every internal and external link on your website which is good if you have trouble to have too many internal links.

SEMrush

SEMrush is a beautiful tool and visualizes backlinks, organic search, search ads, video ads, display ads, ranking and much more, all in charts. I can really recommend SEMRush if you want fast information and charts instead of creating your own.

ShareTally

I use ShareTally to see how many shares and likes a specific page or post have. It’s also a good tool to spy on your competitors.

Varvy SEO tool

Varvy is a mix of SEMrush, Internal Link Analyzer and SEO Web Page Analyzer but a lot easier and gives you feed back on HTTP response headers, css and js files, social media mentions and more. Try it!
